Grenada national report on sustainable development

This paper was commissioned by the Government of Grenada and provides information on the national circumstances relating to the implementation of the Barbados Plan of Action including obstacles directly related to climate change mainstreaming.

The paper provides a view of the key characteristics of the socio economic structure including issues of the macro economy, trade and the poverty condition. It goes on to provide the national framework for sustainable development then outline the national progress made and problems encountered in sectoral areas. Finally, the paper outlines the national progress made in cross-sectoral areas and gives a conclusion.
