A Manual of Possible Interventions to Improve the Situation of Women in High-Level ICTs in South Africa

This manual attempts to present a number of possible interventions that could be implemented in South Africa to improve the situation. Some have already been initiated by a variety of ICT players. What is missing, though, is a more coordinated approach to ensure maximum impact of these diverse, and laudable, efforts. They also need to be made far more visible to the women who will benefit from them.
