Centre for Educational Research and Training, University of Malawi, Malawi (CERT)

The Centre for Educational Research and Training (CERT) carries out policy-related research on behalf of the Ministry of Education, as well as research, evaluation and consultancy work for donor agencies, NGOs and Civil Society networks in education, development and related fields. CERT also supports capacity building through collaborative work in qualitative research methodology, providing training for local researchers, dissemination acitvities and the production of simulation models for educational and development-related data.
