BRAC Education Programme (BEP)

The BRAC Education Programme (BEP) is part of the holistic BRAC programme which offers free primary schooling to out of school or drop-out children and adolescents, especially girls, where the government schools fail to absorb them.

The BEP offers pre-primary education to a different group to ensure their easy transition to formal secondary schools. On a higher level- they are working with secondary education, and Gonokedra or Union Libraries as well as mobile libraries - offering scope to further learning and IT services and relevant trainings for young people.
