Caribbean regional report for the five-year review of the Mauritius strategy for the further implementation of the Barbados programme of action for the sustainable development of SIDS

This report is on the Caribbean and Latin American countries' commitment to implementation of the Barbados Programme of Action (BPoA) for SIDS and their support in making progress in achieving the targets set out in the Mauritius Strategy for further implementation of the Barbados Programme of Action for the Sustainable Development of SIDS (MSI). In this respect it outlines the successes and shortcomings of these efforts especially as they relate to adaptation measures on climate change.
