Mercy Corps has proposed the Market Alliances Against Poverty in the Kvemo-Kartli region (referred to as Alliances KK) programme in response to the recent tender by the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC). If funded, the programme will commence the inception phase for eight months on 1st December 2010 which will then be followed by the implementation period of 28 months.
The Program Manager (PM) has the supervisory responsibility for the Alliances KK Program and is responsible for management, vision and leadership of the program. The Alliances team will comprise intervention portfolio managers which are supported by technical advisors and support staff.
