Each dossier includes:Profiles:

• Description of the main characteristics of the organization and functioning of the education systems. All the data contained in the profiles have been organized on the basis of a common structure to facilitate the searching, analysing and systematizing of available information. The profiles have been prepared by the IBE in close collaboration with the Member States concerned.
• Reports: Reports presented by UNESCO Members States at the International Conference of Education and others International workshops.
• Educational innovations: Descriptions of innovative projects in the areas of content and methods of education at the primary and secondary levels, particularly within the formal system
• Official documents: Full-text official documents on educational policies.
• Selected bibliography: A selected bibliography compiled from the IBE database IBEDOCS.
• Statistics: Basic educational statistics
• Links: Links to governmental and institutional websites.
