1. Responsible for managing and ensuring proper procurement practices and logistical functions are implemented in day to day operations.
2. Responsible for managing general procurement of office and administrative supplies.
3. Responsible for ensuring proper functioning of infrastructure and assets.
4. Management of transport and accommodation requirements.
5. Responsible for maintaining general office IT functions, including computer, printer, scanner, internet set up, and others as needed.
6. Responsible for finalizing the development and maintenance of the ASAM active case-load database.
7. Ensuring roll out of the database in ASAM field sites
8. Conducting training to ASAM field staff on utilization of the database for day to day activities

QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in International Relations, Business Management, or other relevant fields - Three to five (3-5) years of experience in performing logistics/IT functions - Extensive experience in overseas programs is highly desired - Outstanding organizational skills. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. - Excellent self-motivation skills. - Experience in effectively dealing with international and headquarters staff. The ability to deal with abroad spectrum of people.
