- Responsible for managing and ensuring proper procurement practices and logistical functions are implemented in day to day operations.
- Responsible for managing general procurement of office and administrative supplies.
- Responsible for ensuring proper functioning of infrastructure and assets.
- Management of transport and accommodation requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining general office IT functions, including computer, printer, scanner, internet set up, and others as needed.
- Responsible for finalizing the development and maintenance of the ASAM active case-load database.
- Ensuring roll out of the database in ASAM field sites
- Conducting training to ASAM field staff on utilization of the database for day to day activities
QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college with a major in International Relations, Business Management, or other relevant fields - Three to five (3-5) years of experience in performing logistics/IT functions - Extensive experience in overseas programs is highly desired - Outstanding organizational skills. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. - Excellent self-motivation skills. - Experience in effectively dealing with international and headquarters staff. The ability to deal with abroad spectrum of people.
