International Medical Corps (IMC) is seeking a reproductive health/maternal and child health manager to work on an anticipated USAID funded Nutrition Program. The RH/MCN Manager will supervise related activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Recruit and orient staff to program activities, strategies, and deliverables - Mentor and guide staff to ensure program is implementing high quality programming that is based upon best practices - Ensure overall data quality and use of data for decision making - Work closely with government counterparts at all steps of program start-up, implementation, and evaluation - Monitor work plan and support staff to achieve targets and deadlines - Ensure timely submission of high quality technical component of reports to donors - Ensure documentation of program promising practices and lessons learned - Collaborate closely with Nutrition Manager and establish synergies between nutrition and RH/MCH outreach and facility based activities - Represent International Medical Corps at interagency forums to contribute to national objectives and coordination - Develop and implement capacity building strategy for partners (MOH, NGOs, Communities)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities 1. Master’s degree in reproductive health and/or maternal and child health, or a relevant degree, and 5 + years of relevant work experience (minimum 3 years in developing country) 2. Solid RH/MCH experience; 3. Working in chronic underdevelopment settings where both acute malnutrition and stunting are significant issues of public health concern 4. Very strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to take the initiative 5. Knowledgeable about latest development best practices relating to reproductive health and maternal and child health 6. Possess proven analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills 7. Ability to relate to and motivate local staff effectively 8. Ability to work in hardship conditions and in conflict-prone areas; ability to be flexible 9. Project startup experience preferred

Ability to speak French and/or Haitian Creole required
