Job: Conciliation Resources seeks Programme Director, West Africa

Conciliation Resources (CR) is an international non-governmental organization with more than 15 years of experience working internationally to prevent and resolve violent conflict. We are seeking an experienced manager to develop and coordinate our programme of work in West Africa, specifically in Sierra Leone and the Mano River sub-region. Reporting to the Director of Programmes, you will lead a small team based in Sierra Leone in pursuing programme goals including enabling partner organisations to engage in peacebuildling, conflict transformation and governance processes, to promote best practice in peacebuilding and to develop the programme across the region.
