Population Services Sri Lanka (PS Lanka) is a results-orientated Social Business and non-profit organisation, which uses modern management and marketing techniques to provide family planning, reproductive and sexual healthcare and allied services. PS Lanka’s goal is to meet the needs of underserved individuals and dramatically improve access to and use of family planning and other reproductive health services in Sri Lanka. PS Lanka is part of Marie Stopes International’s Global Partnership which operates in 43 countries providing over 6 million services worldwide annually. The Country Director is responsible for the successful and sustainable development of PS Lanka. S/he ensures the attainment of PS Lanka’s goals and objectives and provides leadership to the Sri Lanka team to develop, implement and expand the programme efficiently and effectively whilst maximising the impact on the sexual and reproductive health of the population of Sri Lanka.
