The Gatsby Charitable Foundation, an independent private foundation, is seeking an Africa Programme Manager to join its small London-based team to strengthen existing programmes and initiate new ones.With a historical focus on agriculture and SME development, Gatsby is transitioning towards a more strategic focus supporting the growth of key economic sectors across East Africa that impact the poor. We are looking for innovative thinkers on the role of the private sector in international development, energetic professionals with experience in two or more of the following – sector development including value chains; development economics; financial sector development including micro-finance; agribusiness; SME and institutional development.
