NOTE: ISNAR ceased its operations in The Hague, the Netherlands, on March 31, 2004. A new ISNAR program is being developed under the governance of the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). The new ISNAR program will be based at the International Livestock Research Insitute (ILRI) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
