VENA Library and Information Services (VENA LIS)

Maintains a bibliographical database with descriptions of 18,000 documents and 50 journals containing studies in the field of feminist anthropology that deal with the position of women in relation to development issues and in various countries. Also contains evaluations of projects. Data from 1989 to date.

Also conducting project on Ageing in the North and South, in cooperation with the Research Cluster Intercultural Gender Studies at the CNWS Research School, University of Leiden.

Maintains online database on ageing (still partly under construction), with bibliograhic and Internet resources.

WWW site gives access to library catalogue, publications lists.
