Systematic Client Consultation: General Information & Techniques (SCC)

Systematic Client Consultation (SCC) is a continual communication process between (1) Bank Staff and the individuals involved in Bank-financed projects and (2) staff of government agencies (service providers and policy makers) and the ultimate beneficiaries. The objective of SCC is to establish procedures and channels of communication which will generate information about clients’ needs and wishes, and enable this information to be incorporated into improved program design.
