Evaluation of Finnish Personnel as Volunteers in Development Cooperation

The aim of this evaluation is to determine the relevance of the Finnish Volunteer Programme through examination of its three main objectives namely, developmental contribution, bridge-building and internationalisation. In respect of each objective, the analysis has been carried out to reflect the results of the programme and the functioning of the organisation. Perceptions of the different actors have been elicited throughout the evaluation using a wide range of instruments.
