External debt statistics (selected data online)

OECD is the major source of creditor-based statistics on external debt. Debt stock and debt service statistics are available by category of debt, with world-wide coverage of non-OECD countries, for the period 1983 to 1995, as well as estimates of 1996 repayments on long-term debt. The data are presented for individual debtors, developing countries as a whole, and certain key income and geographical group of countries as shown in these summary tables.
