Telecenters: Education and Community Networking Using Information and Communication Technologies

Provides information resources on telecenters for community educators, K-12 students, college and university students, parents, researchers, librarians, policy makers, and the general public. Its purpose is to provide an introduction to the concept of telecenters, and to promote networking, information exchange, research, and further development of this concept. The focus of the InfoGuide is on providing information to acquaint people with both background and case study information on telecentres internationally, as well as facilitating contact amongst practitioners, users, policy makers, researchers, and educators.
