Rural Reconstruction Nepal

Rural Reconstruction Nepal's (RRN) strategic objective is to empower people through:

• implementing development programmes from a rights based perspectives in order to improve the socio-economic status of the poor, oppressed and vulnerable groups in rural areas and arresting the accelerating degradation of natural resources
• conducting action orientated research on relevant socio-economic and environmental issues and incorporating the results into development programmes and campaigns
• publishing people-oriented educational, advocacy and development related publications, which can be used by the majority of the rural poor, field workers and others involved in rural development
  
• campaigning at the local, national and international levels on the root causes of poverty, human rights violations and other key development issues.
