Nkosi Johnson AIDS Foundation
Aims to work towards caring for people living with HIV/AIDS
The Nkosi Johnson AIDS Foundation, named after Nkosi Johnson the 12-year old boy whose gave a voice to children with AIDS around the world, aims to raise funds for the following objectives:
- establishing, maintaining and sustaining communal environments for PWAs
- supporting beneficiary organisations such as the Nkosi's Havens (centres for mothers and children affected by HIV/AIDS)
- establishing educational and training trusts for PWAs
- raising awareness of and destigmatising HIV/Aids in South Africa, and the rest of the world
