ephemera is an independent journal, supported by the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary, University of London.
The independent journal, ephemera, encourages contributions that explicitly engage with theoretical and conceptual understandings of organisational issues, processes and life. The journal counters the current hegemonisation of social theory and operates at the borders of organisation studies in that it continuously seeks to question what organisation studies is and what it can become.
