Participatory micro-planning experiment in Kerala

This assessment document encapsulates methods, procedures and obstacles faced while operationalising a micro-plan initiative. SAHAYI conducted an experiment in looking at successful collaborations between institutions of governance and the local community for efficient delivery of services. The document also looks at various constraints in time, resources and conflict between power groups and behavioural attitudes, creating multiple learning experiences.
