The BRICS Policy Center (BPC) / Centro de Estudos e Pesquisas BRICS is a joint initiative of the City of Rio de Janeiro and the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).
The Center is dedicated to the study of the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) and other middle powers, and it is administered by the Institute of International Relations (IRI) of PUC-Rio, in collaboration with the Pereira Passos Institute (IPP).
