International NGO/CSO Planning Committee (IPC)
IPC serves as a mechanism for diffusion of information and training on issues regarding food sovereignty and food sovereignty, promotes fora in which NGOs/CSOs can debate and articulate their positions and build their relationships at national, regional and global levels. It reinforces the effectiveness of civil society lobbying by strengthening their capacities for analysis and alliances. It facilitates dialogue and debate between civil society actors, governments and other stakeholders at all levels.
