Global initiatives of assessing governance

Sur is a network of academics working together with the mission to strengthen the voice of universities in the South on human rights and social justice, and to create stronger cooperation between them and the United Nations.

Sur - International Journal on Human Rights is a biannual journal published in English, Portuguese and Spanish by Sur - Human Rights University Network.

Both the website and the journal are available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
