The OECD DAC's Joint Learning and Advisory Process on Difficult Partnerships is a forum that brings together experts on governance, conflict prevention and reconstruction from bilateral and multilateral development co-operation agencies to facilitate co-ordination and share good practice to enhance development effectiveness in difficult partnership countries or "fragile states".
The website contains information about LAP, as well as access to publications and documents and information by country.
