The following initiatives provide research institutions and other organisations wishing to set up an OA repository or journal with advice, software and more.
E-prints a platform for building repositories which provides open source software and support; commercial hosting; training and development; OA advice and information; Host of information on open access (Directory of over 900 OA repositories).
