Background and policy
CARE International is an NGO,a confederation of 10 national agencies that delivers relief assistance to people in need and long-term solutions to global poverty.
CARE has a number of projects that focus on: agriculture and natural resources, HIV/AIDS, economic development, econominc development, climate change, among other issues.
