The National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (NESTA) is an independent body with a mission to make the UK more innovative. NESTA works across all stages of the innovation process, including:

  • learning about how innovation works
  • funding new ventures in the areas of engineering, environmental technology, healthcare, and information and communications technology, building and delivering innovation programmes
  • disseminating lessons learnt, nationally and internationally.
