The role of business in weak governance zones

This paper, published by the International Organisation of Employers (IOE), in collaboration with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and the Business and Industry Advisory Committee (BIAC) to the OECD, aims to assist companies operating in countries lacking effective governance structures. It presents the range of issues associated with weak governance zones and identifies actions that companies can take individually and in collaboration with others in order to respond effectively and constructively to dilemma situations.
