Business and corruption
- A guide for companies on implementation of the anti-corruption principle of the Global Compact
- In 2004 the UN Global Compact included a tenth principle against corruption. This sent a strong worldwide signal that the private sector shares responsibility for the challenges of eliminating corruption and also demonstrated a new willingness in the business community to play its part in the fight against corruption. Transparency International and the International Business Leaders Forum have put together a guide for companies preparing themselves to implement the objectives of the tenth principle.
