- This new book from UNFCCC examines the challenges posed by climate change in developing countries and how they should be tackled. Focusing on Africa, Asia, Latin America and small island developing states, the book discuss vulnerabilities and impacts of climate change; current adaptation plans, strategies and actions; and future adaptation options and needs. Recommendations include increased financial assistance for adaptation in the context of sustainable development planning and risk reduction.
