- Evaluating the Paris Declaration commitments
-
The Paris Declaration lays out a road-map of practical commitments to effective aid. It is now recognized as a landmark international agreement aimed at improving the quality of aid and its impact on development. This report synthesizes the results of the first evaluation of the early implementation of the Paris Declaration, from March 2005 to late 2007. Recommendations for donors and partner countries are provided in addition to assessments from eight different countries.
