Job: Concern Worldwide seeks Programme Support Officer, DRC

Concern Worldwide is an Irish-based non-governmental, international, humanitarian organisation dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries.
The purpose of this position is two fold: first, the post holder will support the Programme Managers with the implementation of the WATSAN and Livelihood Programmes systems (logistics, HR and administration); second, the post-holder will enhance the country programme capacity in report writing through researching, disseminating, documenting information and sharing best programming practices.The Programme Support Officer will ensure that standard Concern systems are utilised and best practice is maintained. S/he will support Programme Managers, the Area Coordinator and the Country Director in writing and editing reports which Concern DRC must produce for donors and Head Office. Based between Shamwana and Dubie, the post holder will spend 100% of his/her time supporting the programmes.
