Job: PSI seeks Chief of Party, Russia

PSI seeks an experienced Chief of Party with proven advocacy, government representation and leadership skills, to manage and assume programmatic oversight and overall responsibility for the successful implementation of an anticipated USAID-funded HIV prevention project for at-risk populations in Russia. The project will have a special focus on developing and implementing HIV prevention programs working with most at-risk populations (MARPs), particularly injecting drug users (IDUs). In collaboration with key stakeholders working in the area of HIV, the project will provide technical expertise and support that will contribute to the endorsement at the federal level of an essential package of HIV prevention services for IDUs. The project will also emphasise strengthening the technical capacity of civil society and government organisations implementing HIV prevention activities targeting IDUs.
