View full report

This advocacy report claims that the fight against HIV has reached a tipping point. Five priority points must be addressed to carry this through: 1) End confusion about “combination prevention” 2) Narrow the gaps in the treatment cascade 3) Prepare for new non-surgical male circumcision devices 4) Define and launch a core package of PrEP demonstration projects 5) Safeguard HIV prevention research funding. The report, which is abundantly illustrated with graphs and tables, concludes with a call for amplified global and national leadership.
