There are strategic opportunities for using ICT in promoting governance and democratisation efforts within development assistance.  Danida commissioned this study looking at a range of ICT technologies in order to make recommendations on the application for ICT in the Danish portfolio of development programmes, and to help enhance the vision of the Strategy for Danish Development Cooperation.
