- A training guide for conflict resolution
- Development practice has increasingly recognised the importance of conflict resolution in recent years. Techniques and methods that can prevent, mitigate or resolve conflict are now necessary to ensure ‘project sustainability’. This guide for trainers argues that the fundamental nature of ‘conflict resolution’ and ‘peacebuilding’ means that an understanding of peace and conflict is needed in order to fully appreciate the ‘resolution’ process as well as an understanding of the ‘tools’ and ‘techniques’.
