This report documents how members in the United States House of Represenatives received nearly 2.8 million from January to September 2005 in a succesful attempt to pass the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA).
The report alleges that 30 representaitives from both political parties who were previously against CAFTA, received payments from a pro-CAFTA industry lobby. The report also tracks the political consequences now being felt by these representatives.
