In this role, you will provide PA support to the Finance & IS Director which will require upward management, co-ordination and strong levels of assertiveness to ensure that the wide organisational impact of this senior management posts is effective.

We’re looking for an experienced PA who has worked at director level. You will have demonstrable experience in organising high-level meetings coupled with excellent organisation and time management skills. We are looking for a sharp mind with experience of organising high-level meetings, excellent organisation and time management skills, and a cool head when under pressure. You will be able to make independent decisions without much supervision. You will also lead the Finance Team's Staff Engagement Group for improvement of employees’ satisfaction and therefore great relationship development and facilitation skills will be essential.

An interest for innovation, simplicity and value for money is a huge advantage as the Finance Director's passion is to make sure Oxfam's resources are used efficiently. From a practical standpoint, you’ll also need to understand how large-scale organisations operate.

Location: OXFORD (OXFAM HOUSE)

Hours: 36 per week

Salary: Up to £27,000 p.a. depending on experience
