What we're looking for

In recent years, the Campaigns, Policy and Influencing Team (CPIT) has significantly invested in fundraising, and this has led to great success in increasing vital resources for our work. The department plans to sustain and grow existing levels of funding. The role of the Funding Manager will be critical in achieving this objective.

We are looking to appoint a Funding Manager to work in collaboration with colleagues in the department to agree their funding priorities and develop initial concept notes and budgets. You will support them in engaging with fundraisers and cultivating relationships with donors, to help deepen their understanding about our work, in order to grow income for our campaigns, research, private sector and public engagement work. You will lead the process for developing funding submissions in collaboration with colleagues in the fundraising department, our country teams and Oxfam affiliates. You will also assist others on developing these submissions.

The CPIT Funding Manager is solely responsible for leading the department’s strategy to secure income for our campaigns, research, private sector and public engagement work, in collaboration with departmental teams and fundraising colleagues within Oxfam GB and other Oxfam affiliates (as appropriate.)
