The role:

This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen Oxfam’s campaigns and policy work in the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) team, that sit within our Campaigns, Policy and Influencing Team (CPIT.)

You will work with Oxfam’s priority campaigns on Inequality, Food and Climate Justice and Rights in Crisis as well as with our UK programme, to improve the MEAL of our campaigns work in these areas. Your activities will support work that will potentially have a major impact on Oxfam’s public image.

What we’re looking for:

You should have an understanding of and a commitment to the role of learning and accountability in campaigning work, and ideally have previous experience of monitoring and evaluation methods and systems within campaigns. You will be used to managing a number of projects so they complete on time and within budget and you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This includes possessing a high degree of diplomacy, along with good influencing and negotiation skills and excellent written communication capabilities.
