Programme Quality Manager
The Programme Quality Manager will provide technical support on programme quality and project design all in accordance with Oxfam's standards and best practice.
They will define and shape the strategic objectives and priorities for the Programme Quality strategy and program teams across 3 field offices, involving collaboration with other programme units (e.g. technical teams, affiliates in-country).
The work will be comprised by 4 core dimensions:
- Programme Quality monitoring, and coordination of the technical support to programmes.
- Programme design and development, ensuring the programme design clearly articulates the Theory of Change assumptions and tests them.
- Monitor and support Oxfam's accountability reporting.
- Management of people.
The successful candidate will have considerable experience in emergency and development contexts, sound knowledge of programme quality, design and evaluation, and good people and team management skills.
