It executes projects in Asia, Latin America, Africa and Europe. It advocates for the rights of refugees and internally displaced persons, internationally as well as in Norway. The Emergency Standby Forces are one of the main pillars of NRC
The INCOR project (INformation and COunselling on Repatriation) provides information and counseling for those who are considering return. In addition, the INCOR staff members are independent counsellors with good knowledge concerning the dilemmas refugees face in the repatriation process.
