New geopolitics plays a part in trade talk collapse

Does the recent collapse of WTO trade talks signify a new geopolitics of the global economy where emerging economies are approaching trade issues and negotiations differently? This analysis identifies a greater emphasis on supporting women employed in agriculture and a new conviction among negotiators that poverty and livelihood issues cannot be left to the market to be regulated.
