Next steps towards the Substantive Patent Law Treaty

Documents prepared for the 8th session of the WIPO Standing Committee on the Law of Patents (Geneva, November 25 - 29, 2002) outlining draft proposals for the Substantive Patent Law Treaty aimed at harmonising th basic rules governing patents internationally.

Draft papers include the text of the treaty itself along with regualtions under the treaty and proposed practice guidelines.
