How can young Zambians best prepare themselves for future challenges?

This document presents a learning guide for students and teachers in Zambia on general life skills. It particularly takes an in depth look at sexuality and protection against sexually transmitted diseases.

In addition to general information on sexuality and life skills, the document also suggests a number of class and home activities on a range of key areas. These main areas include:

child's rights
growing up
understanding gender
working together safely
love, marriage and sexuality
pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases
understanding HIV and AIDS
coping well with life.
