The right to education for refugees: an illustrated handbook

This illustrated handbook for refugees and displaced communities aims to both raise awareness of everyone’s right to education and to encourage communities to work for educational services for all children and youth. The information in this book is based on international human rights, humanitarian and refugee law.

Through accessible illustrations, the guide addresses several issues and questions, including:

• what do human rights include?
• seven important freedoms support the right to education
• why is the right to education important?
• what are my rights to education?

All text is presented in English, French and Arabic.
