This set of primer documents is intended to help women's rights advocates and other actors to understand the relevance of the Paris Declaration process and to engage in it.

The Paris Declaration is the most recent donor-partner agreement designed to increase the impact of aid. The Association for Women's Rights in Development (AWID) has developed a set of Primers intended to encourage women's rights advocates and other actors to understand the relevance of this process and to engage in it to support the call for a more comprehensive, and inclusive approach to reforming aid so that it reaches the people who need it most, including women!.
