This is the zero draft of the outcome document for the UN Summit to adopt the Post-2015 Development Agenda published on 1st June 2015.

The draft covers the four components of the Agenda:

  • an opeing declaration
  • the Sustainable Development Goals and targets
  • Means of implementation and the Global Partnership
  • Follow up and review

It also includes three annexes:

  • A paper proposing revisions to 21 of the 169 targets
  • A "food for thought" paper on a possible Technology Facilitation Mechanism
  • The 'Introduction of the Open Working Group Proposal for Sustainable development goals and targets'.
